Next we'll be focusing on Side Plank. And I'll also be demonstrating some options that you can add unto your Side Plank with. So let's begin. Let's find our shoulders and our wrists nicely align. Let's roll our toes underneath to find a Full Plank, holding strong in the belly. Let's rotate unto the right side, reaching up with the left arm. This is Side Plank. We can hold our Side Plank or we can begin to lift the left leg, we can rest the left leg on the right leg in a tree position. Let's come back to center, sitting back and doing all that on the other side.
