A lot of the poses that we do in partner yoga involve trust. You have to learn how to trust your partner and trust that they're going to hold your weight and not knock you over. So this is a pose that Gina and her daughter actually made up that we're going to demonstrate for you today. Gina has named this the Weaving Basket Pose. So we're going to sit next to each other, bringing our heels next to your partner's hips, and this is called Dandasana, seated Dandasana, Staff Pose. Lengthening up, we're going to reach to our inside arms together and inhale reach the other arm up and just reach back trusting in your partner. Good. So of course the trust issue comes, were if I let go Gina go fallen over right? I'm not going to do that to her. Good. Then we're going to inhale come back u and we're going to cross the opposite arms and reach away with the opposite arm into that "trusted you issue", reaching back. Good. To further this pose a little bit more, we're going to take our outside leg and bring it over to our partner's arm. That's the Basket Weave. And then reach away getting a lovely stretch all the way from the hip out through the fingertips. Good. And then releasing, slowly drawing your partner back in, finding your Dandasana, Seated Staff Pose and releasing.
