She's going to inhale, open up her heart, fill the lungs from the bottom up, good, the shoulders, the elbows come back, like they're pressing a beach ball together behind you. And then she's going to exhale and pull those elbows together, drawing her belly button in, good, and opening up this back door to your lung, good, and then bringing the elbows out to the sides and lowering the hands back.
