You can take your blanket over. Shift the feet toward the right and then take your right ankle inside the left arch. Take your right hand to your left knee, left fingertips behind you on the floor. Then, inhale and lengthen. Then, exhale twist. You can soften the skin and especially soften the muscles of the face. And, allow the twist to be free and soft on the inside. And, then inhale. Come back to center and release.
