Jathara Parivartanasana, stomach revolving pose. And it's called stomach revolving pose because it's an excellent aid for digestion and elimination. So we'll start yourself on your back in a supine position. Present yourself in tadasana, so there is activity, it's not a resting pose, so there's length out the crown of your head.
