Back heel on the floor. Inhale by reaching the arms to the sky in a warrior 1. Exhale open up into warrior 2. As you open up the left hip rotate toward the left side of the room if we've got the right leg forward. Important to keep the natural curve of the low back by blossoming the sit bones outward and the same time, very nice, pull the low belly in to counterbalance that action. Then place the palm, right palm towards the sky inhale, and reach into a reverse warrior, very nice. Keeping the front knee stable and the knee drawing towards your baby toe, the tendency is to collapse inward. Can you show me a collapse for me Debbie, yea on the knee? Really work to open that knee, strong base and a foundation. Exhale both hands to either side of the leg, coming all the way back down into a downward facing dog. Step forward with the left foot and we'll do the same thing on the opposite side. Inhale reaching overhead, exhale to warrior 2. Very nice. Hold for a breath here, very strong. Warrior means to stand for something so what is it in your mind that you are standing for? Firm, committed, turn the palm up, take the reverse warrior. Very nice Gentry, awesome.
