Right now Gina is laying comfortably in a supported spinal twist and we're going to intensify this twist for her just a little bit. So Gina's going to inhale just to allow her body to know that she's getting ready to move and then as she exhales, she's going to press into her palms and lift herself up so that she can lengthen out through her spine and rotate her opposite ear down to the bolster. Good. She then going to extend this top leg back on the diagonal so its going to come back just as long as she feels comfortable. So the further back she pulls this leg, the more of a twist she's going to get. Good. She's just going to breath her and again I'm just going to give her a little bit of extra by pulling her hip long and pressing her shoulder down just very gently so she lengthens out and can feel a really nice twist, realigning her spinal muscles, good, releasing all the tension and she's just going to relax.
