Gina's relaxing in Elevated Feet Up A Wall Pose, and we're going to take this into a hip stretch for her. And so she's going to bend her left knee, she's going to cross her left ankle over her right knee, good. And she's going to use her hand to press her knee away, good. And to take this to a little bit deeper stretch, she's going to slide her right foot down which is going to draw her knee in towards her chest, and she's going to try to keep her buttocks against the wall as she presses her foot into the wall. Now that's going to really intensify the stretch on that hip, good. So she's going to inhale in and to intensify it even more she's going to press this knee away, good. Notice how her foot is flexed, she wants to keep her foot flex, and that either to one side or the other so that these muscles that go to the knee stay in line so that she doesn't turk her knee, okay. So as she does this, she going to inhale in again and exhale, gently press the knee away keeping the foot flex, yeah coming in a really really deep hip opener. Then one more time, inhale in and exhale press that knee away.
