Transitioning into pigeon pose. So hands planted firmly on the Earth and drawing that bent right knee forward and resting on to the hips. Planting the hands in front of the body, drawing the shoulder blades back and don't be afraid to round out that chest, opening the heart, sort of in the shape of a pigeon looking up to the sky and then coming into resting pigeon. In the other side draw the right leg back, bring that left leg forward, bent, we are on our left glut here on our hips and we'll start with resting pigeon. Breathe and breathe and breathe into resting pigeon, plant the hands, draw the torso up, squeeze the shoulder blades back, lift the chin to the sky and breathe into royal pigeon.
