Advanced Yoga Poses & Twists oga Side Crow Pose



Next we'll be coming into Side Crow Pose. Now, the way that I like to get into this pose is from a Twisting Chair. So let's put our hands to our heart center. We'll sit back in our chair and start to twist to the left side, but as we do we'll release the hands, bringing the hands to the surface. Now as we do so, let's check, make sure that our hands are about four inches apart and it's about shoulder distance, our thumbs are about four inches apart. Spreading our fingers nice and wide and we're going to shift ourselves, so that our legs will balance on that right arm. Release that, we can do the same thing on the other side. Coming from standing, sitting into a Twisting Chair, bringing hands down and coming up.
