This move is going to be the full body stretch. In it, you'll be lying down on the floor on your back. It allows the body; it's kind of like a really good one to do in the morning time or at the end of your routine. If you're doing anything with yoga at the end it's a great stretch. So, we'll roll down and we'll bring the knees into the chest. Now, you can either take the head up towards the knees or the chest towards the knees or if it bothers your neck, especially those with Fibromyalgia just keep your head on the floor. I'll demonstrate with the chest lifted. So you'll inhale here. Then, you'll exhale and you'll take the arms over the head, reach the arms out and the legs out as far as they can go. Also, push your chest up; kind of get an arch underneath your back. Then reach with your right hand, inhaling, and bring it back in. Then reach with the left hand and reach and bring it back in. So you want to inhale. Pull this in. Take it out. Reach, then reach with your right hand, kind of pull up with it. Then, reach with the left hand and your pointing the toes. Good. Send the knees back in. If you want you can bring the head up or keep it down. Take the legs out, arching that back. Reach with the right hand and then reach with the left hand. Good. Take the arms around. You can either keep the head on the floor of lift. Keep your shoulders relaxed when you're in that position. Send it out again. You can do this three or four times or as many as five or six.
