Let us go ahead and hold onto the back of our thighs. Rolling ourselves all the way down and bringing our knees into chest. Starting from this position. Let us release our hands, keeping our knees right where they are. We are going to reach in between the legs, reaching for the soles of the feet. And, we are going to face the soles of the feet towards the ceiling. Attempting to keep our backs on the floor, rather than rounding through the low spine. Applying some gentle pressure to the bottoms of the feet with the hands. Getting a nice stretch through the hips. And then, to come out of this pose, we will release the feet. Slowly bringing the knees back together and lowering ourselves back down.
