Hi my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor on behalf of Expert Village. To counter pose the Table Top Position, we'll have the knees bend. Sits bone come back. Inhaling sit tall, on the exhale, its forward fold, hold the ankles, the feet or the large toes. When sit tall on the inhale, elongate from your vital center, elongate through the crown. Keeping that line on the exhale, the back of knees come down and exhale from your vital center down and out through the feet. You can repeat lengthening on the inhale, exhale fill out your leg lines. Lengthen on inhale through the crown, through your spine, on the exhale draw the lower abdomen and fill out the shape of your leg lines. Keep the shoulder blades down the back. And then you can imagine that you're inhaling down your leg lines and up the spine at the same time. And as you exhale continue to fill out those two main lines. You can energize the lungs on the inhale, relax and clarify the lines on your exhale. In releasing the pose you want to inhale, float the chest out, exhale release, crossing the legs into comfortable and stable posture and feel the release and rest as the whole body with your eyes partially open.
