We have the soles of our feet as close as possible. We are now positioned into a nice straddle stretch. There are two things to think about while you are in this breath flow. You must first make sure that the spine is as straight as it can be. Secondly, keep the legs with lots of energy flowing through them. Pressing through the heel, toes to the nose. Place a blanket under your hips and once you are comfortable, think about your spine. Let it come nice straight and tall. Intertwine your fingers and place them over your heart. You must keep your shoulders relaxed as much as you can. Take a nice inhale. As you exhale, press your palms away from your body. Inhaling, bring your hands back to your heart. Repeat. Next, inhale and bring your arms all the way up, straight above your head. Exhaling and moving to the right. Inhaling, nice and tall back to the first or center position. Exhaling again, move your extended arms to the left. You must work that breath. Repeat steps twice. Exhale, release the arms straight down and relax the shoulders as you lower. Inhale bringing your clasped hands back to the heart. Exhale, open up wide, releasing your hands and spreading your arms far apart. Inhale once more and bring your arms back to your heart. Exhale and open up your arms wide again. Repeat. Finally, relax your arms down, resting them on your legs. This is a nice way to energize yourself.
