What she's going to be doing is inhaling deep into the lungs with her arms spread out nice and wide. As she exhales, she's going to be bending her knees coming into a squat and literally letting that air out as loud as she possibly can. Extend your arms out to the sides. Take a nice deep inhale. As you exhale, breath out. Bend those knees. Perfect. Inhaling nice and tall. Arms out the way out to the side. Fill those lungs up. Exhale. Let it out. Inhaling. Nice and tall. Do it at least 5 times. Exhale. Let it out as loud as you can. Empty those lungs. Inhaling up. Last time. Exhale. Bend those knees. Come into that squat. Let it all out. Inhaling. Nice and tall and exhale. Relax your arms down to your sides.
