In this clip, we're going to practice Frog Pose. So, you start out looking like your on a little lily-pad, with your heels together, feet are facing outward. Your hands are in between your legs. You're going to inhale as you come up, staying off of your heels, on your toes, exhale, come facing forward, and your eyes can be open or closed for this one. Inhale, and exhale, and do this twenty-six times, inhaling up, and exhaling down, looking straight forward, and you can go as quickly or as slowly as you like with this one. If you don't want to have creaky knees when you get older, this is a great exercise to do while you're young, and when you're finished, inhale and exhale. Come back into the squatting position.
