Kidney, spleen, and liver is a very relaxing posture. Just take those arms right on to the floor and let those shoulders just melt right into the floor mat, bring those knees in toward you, keep your heels together and toes apart, just feel the connection within the body and let the shoulders relax and the toes relax and now take a deep breath in through your nose and let the knees go over towards the right and that is for your left kidney and then exhale and bring those knees in across your chest while rolling the back across the floor for the spleen and the liver and then inhale and let the knees go out towards your left for your right kidney and then exhale bring the knees right across your chest and roll those knees right up towards the right and take a deep breath in, exhale, keeping your shoulders flat on the floor and keeping the knees coming in, feel the whole back connect as you roll across the spleen and liver and then inhaling let the knees go out towards the left and then exhaling cross your chest once more towards the right and then all the way back to center and just release by putting your hands on your knees and then release the feet down and release the hands.
