Next we'll be moving into sphinx pose. This pose is similar to cobra, but we'll be resting ourselves on our forearms. So let's bring our forearms down to the surface, resting the palms flat. And we're not actually going to be lifting our bodies here. What we're going to want to do is start to pull as if we're pulling ourselves forward. So it's very, very gentle back stretch and chest opener. So we're pulling with our arms, pulling back, feeling some stretching in through the back. You might feel it in the arms as well. Continuing to pull forward with the crown of the head. Keeping the head and neck in nice alignment. Just holding and breathing. And then we can relax ourselves back down to the surface.
